  21. font that has been created after ads used at the World Fair in Paris, circa
  22. 1900. This is a very original, antique-looking font, interesting for ads
  23. and posters.

  26. font featuring pictures of dinosaurs.

  29. that emulates a glowing LED display.

  37. view and printer package. It works on all types of Windows fonts (TrueType,
  38. Raster, etc.), and can print user-defined sample pages, a full character
  39. map of a font, or an inventory listing with font name and sample text.

  42. Image'n'Bits 1.0 [IM_BITS] (Bananas Software, Inc., reg. fee: $25) is a
  43. comprehensive imaging package for Windows 3.1. Features include
  44. simultaneous multiple image display, full clipboard support, printing
  45. capabilities, OLE support, the ability to add text to images, 16/256/16
  46. million color image conversions, brightness/contrast control, and much
  47. more.
  48. Supported file formats include BMP, WMF, GIF, CLP, and DIS (POV Ray
  49. Tracer). Several imaging filters and special effects are provided,
  50. including dithering, gray scaling, blur/sharpen, color adjustment, and
  51. embossing. Interesting "funhouse" filters (fisheye, meltdown, spiral, etc.)
  52. are also included. This is a powerful and easy to use utility that should
  53. satisfy many of your image processing needs. Requires a 386+, and 4meg RAM

  56. Image Commander [IMAGE] (JASC, Inc., reg. fee: $44) is a powerful image
  57. file management system by the authors of Paint Shop Pro. It allows you to
  58. easily copy, move, rename and delete image files. Features include the
  59. ability to merge images into an "album", quick and easy printing options,
  60. image conversion routines, extensive slide show capabilities, drag and drop
  61. support, keyword/comment searches, and much more.
  62. A huge list of bitmap image formats are supported including high
  63. compression formats and Kodak Photo CD. This is an excellent utility for
  64. anyone who has to keep track of a large number of graphic file
  65.  
  66. Viewer [MJYVIEW] (Mike Young, reg. fee: $?) is a simple application which
  67. views BMP,ICO,WMF,RLE and DIB files. It provided the ability to see just
  68. the image, with no buttons or captions to crowd your screen. Other features
  69. include a thumbnail or icon-sized preview, drag and drop support, and more.

  72. Malabars Font [MLB_TT] (Match Software, reg. fee: $10) is a True Type font
  73. with heavy-shaped letters which are diagonally striped.

  243. compression utility. Its main function is to compress files to distribution

  252. for developers who write Windows online Help for third party applications.
  253. The goal is to reduce the amount of time required to learn the basics of
  254. creating a Help system. It can also be useful if you use an authoring tool
  255. to generate the Help code and source files. Requires VGA.

  258. Windows application that will copy a file or number of files from a source
  259. location to a destination. It can also create Program Manager groups and icons.

  262. dialog class for the Microsoft Foundation Class Library 2.0. Use it to

  278. implement a microscroll control (also known as "spin control") in a true
  279. object oriented way, without using an external DLL.

  325. control lets you set an alarm (or multiple alarms) to go off at a

  327. on the hour, every ten minutes, etc.

  330. how to perform conversions from
  331. Microsoft Binary Format to the IEEE format used by Visual Basic.

  334. tabbed dialogs in Visual Basic  without any additional coding or

  346. file of helpcontextid's for use in creating a help file for a project.

  349. for printing a Shareware order form, registration number dialog, nag
  350. screens and app customization with the registered user's name.

  352. Micro-MakeSmall 1.0 [MAKSMAL] (Micro-Bytes\Wordware, reg. fee: $10) is a
  353. multi-file compressor/expander aid for preparing distribution diskettes for
  354. VB programs. This program requires COMPRESS.EXE, EXPAND.EXE, and VBRUN300.

  356. NoGhost 1.0 [NOGHOST] (reg. fee: $0) is a tool which allows VB applications
  357. to respond to Cascade and Tile messages properly. It can be configured to
  358. allow or disallow sizing of the VB application's window, and requires only

  361. Paltest [PALTEST] (reg. fee: $0) contains a simple demo showing how to use
  362. 256-color palettes with picture boxes and forms.

  364. PID Controller VBX Control 1.0 [PID] (Northeast Data Corp., reg. fee: $?)
  365. is a Windows Dynamic Link Library designed and implemented in compliance
  366. with Microsoft standards for interfacing with Visual Basic. It functions
  367. like a standard Proportional-Integral-Derivative controller used in
  368. industrial plants and can be used for modeling chemical processing
  369. equipment and other kinds of plant installations that use closed-loop
  370. feedback control.

  373. lines of commented source code with a description file for printing wrapped
  374. text from VB.

  377. subroutine that sets tabs in a text box. A sample program is included.

  380. is a VB custom control that gives your program Soundex, Extended Soundex,
  381. and Metaphone information. These algorithms translate words (names) into
  382. codes that can be used to look up like-sounding words.
